USCGCCU is easy. Just $10.00 in a Share Savings Account establishes
your
membership and makes you eligible for all USCGY products, services,
and

Who Can Join USCGCU?
U.S. Coast Guard Community Credit Union is now a Community Chartered
Credit Union-which means that if you live, work, worship,
or attend school in Northern Anne Arundel County or South
Baltimore, Maryland you can now join the US Coast Guard Community
Credit Union and enjoy all the benefits of belonging to a
credit union!! Your entire family and all your household members
(both family and non-family) are eligible too!! If you are
unsure if you qualify, please call for more information 410-789-5420.
Does this change affect the following membership list? Absolutely
not!!! If you fall into one of the following categories you
are still eligible for membership in the credit union. Your
membership can last a lifetime, regardless of where you work
or live, as long as you keep your savings account open.
- Employees of the US Coast Guard Yard---Military / Civilian
- Employees of the U.S. Coast Guard Community Credit Union
- Employees of the US Coast Guard Yard Exchange---NAFA
- Retired military/civilian personnel of the US Coast Guard
Yard or Engineering and Logistics Center
- Employees of other Government Agencies who are not a member
of another credit union
And, Employees of the following companies:

Custodian Accounts
Let's not forget the kids--and grandkids!
Custodian Savings Accounts are set up by a primary member--usually
a
parent or grandparent--on behalf of a minor (younger than
21). At age
21, the account is turned over to the child.
