The USCG Community Credit Union announces the retirement of Mrs. May Woolford. After spending the last 46+ years serving the financial needs of the members and the community, Ms. May is finally taking some time for herself.
Ms. May’s outstanding work ethic and dedication set the standard for the Credit Union. The Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and members thank Ms. May and honor her contribution to the CU community by naming January “Ms. May Month”.
I have known Ms. May since 1974 when I started Coast Guard as a Student Aid. I have been in the credit union over the years and I agree with Ms. Rose. Ms. May always greeted you with this warm smile and always willing to help you get what you needed. I won’t forget the many conversations we had as I sat in her office. She always made you feel like she was a part of your family. The truth is, she was. Ms. May enjoy your retirement. You so much deserve it.
